 Susan Taylor – Principal / Licensee

Susan Taylor is  highly experienced, licensed real estate agent who has specialised in providing top level services to investment property owners for over a decade.

Susan held the position of Licensee and Senior Property Manager with the Roy Weston Asset Management division for many years before moving to Wentworth Mutual in 2006.

Having experienced property management in smaller and larger companies, Susan understands the needs of investment property owners and their desire for honest, old fashioned service and that is why she decided to open Consolidated Property Management as a compnay dedicated only to the field of Property Management.

Another of Susan's commitments is to always be available to any of her clients as she understands the pain that lack of communication causes and the frustration brought about by changing property management staff.

Importantly, Susan is herself a multi investment property owner and this allows her to empathise even more closely with her clients.

• Chairman – Salvation Army Red Shield Door Knock 2003 – 2005
• Salvation Army – Industry & Business Committee – 2005 – 2006 Chairman 
• Overseen the development, marketing and sales of over $80 million worth of property developments in WA in the past five years. 
• Has assisted in the acquisition of over $700 million worth of property to investors.
